MedFleet provides special events standby services for local events in the communities we serve. You may see us supporting events such as high school athletic competitions, street festivals, concerts or local road races. In most of these instances the ambulances are paramedic-level ALS units, but we offer all levels from BLS to ALS to Critical Care as well as single providers instead of fully staffed ambulances.
