EMT / Paramedic Requirements:
- State of Florida EMT/Paramedic License
- State of Florida Driver’s License
- Clean Driving Record
- Clean Criminal Background
- Current CPR
- Must not be on the OIG exclusions list
Transporter
Requirements:
- State of Florida Driver’s License
- Clean Driving Record
- Clean Criminal Background
- Current CPR
- Current First Aid (unless First Responder)
- Must not be on the OIG exclusions list
