MedFleet is a PatientCare EMS Solutions company that started as a family owned and operated business providing quality medical transportation services in the Tampa Bay area in 1993. You can trust MedFleet to transport your loved ones with the best possible care until safe arrival at their destination.

In 2022, MedFleet launched PatientCare Community Health to provide in-home services to reduce unnecessary trips to the emergency room. In 2024, MedFleet acquired ATI, Inc. expanding its operations and offering a more comprehensive and cohesive medical transportation service to Western and Central Florida healthcare providers.

Who We Serve

We provide services in Pasco, Hernando, Citrus, Hardee, Highlands, Osceola, Seminole, Orange, and Polk Counties, in Florida. Based in Hudson, Florida, MedFleet focuses on both emergency and non-emergency interfacility transports, providing a needed service in the Western and Central regions of Florida. We maintain multiple contracts with the area’s hospitals, nursing homes and other healthcare facilities. We also partner with county Fire Departments providing back-up 911 service. Our professional, highly trained staff are local residents living in the communities we operate in and are committed to providing courteous and compassionate care to those we serve.
